Notice is hereby given that the City of Powell River ("City") intends to grant a lease of City-owned property ("Lease") as follows:
Lessee: Vancouver Coastal Health Authority.
Term: Fixturing Period commencing on March 14, 2025 and Lease Commencement Date on May 14, 2025 and expiring on May 13, 2030.
Options to Extend: The Lessee has two options to extend the Term, each for an additional five-year period, with the rent payable during each extension term being the City's then current rate as established in accordance with City Property Policy 271.
Nature of Interest & Premises: lease a portion of the Building, known as Unit 201/203 Crossroads Village, 6975 Alberni Street, Powell River, BC consisting of 980 square feet, more or less.

Consideration: The monthly rent amount as set out below plus GST and Common Costs:
2025: $1,033.08 per month plus GST and common costs.
2026: $1,065.75 per month plus GST and common costs.
2027: $1,098.42 per month plus GST and common costs.
2028: $1,131.08 per month plus GST and common costs.
2029: $1,163.75 per month plus GST and common costs.
2030: $1,196.42 per month plus GST and common costs.
